- For the glamping type, check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
For the cottage and SPA suite types, check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

- Are there any cancellation fees?
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged from 14 days prior to the reservation date, and a 100% fee from 7 days prior.
However, you may change your reservation date once free of charge if it is done at least two weeks in advance.

- Do you offer a shuttle service?
- Yes, we provide a shuttle service from Ōmi-Takashima Station. Reservations are required at least 3 days in advance.
The shuttle departs from Ōmi-Takashima Station at 14:30. Please note that the service may be shared with other guests.
